Acquire & Complete — From offer to keys
We set a pricing strategy and prepare the bid based on local comparables.
We guide negotiations and the agreement.
Legal spine: due diligence, preliminary contract and notary deed, coordinated with our Italian real-estate lawyer.
We attend the notary with you and remain available post-completion.
